Shipping Policy

GameBoks ApS is shipping all orders made through our webshop with DHL Express. We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
  1. European Orders: Delivery time is typically 4-7 business days when your package ships from our warehouse.
  2. North America Orders: Due to the larger geographic area, delivery time for orders coming to the US and Canada is typically 5-10 business days when your package ships from our warehouse.
Once you have placed your order on our webshop, we will send you a series of 3 emails, so please confirm that you have submitted an accurate e-mail address when placing your order.
  • Order Received Email sent immediately upon order.
  • Payment Confirmation Email: sent when your card is charged.
  • Shipment Confirmation Email: Includes DHL tracking, and it will be sent when your GameBoks has been shipped.

Shipping terms & Conditions

  • GameBoks has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.
  • If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until GameBoks has taken physical possession of the goods.
  • Business/Working Days: GameBoks can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.

Personalized Orders

At GameBoks we are all about efficiency, therefore our team always make sure to give the best service, and fast delivery! When we are building customized GameBoks it takes longer time than usually.

The added time for the different type of personalization is as follows:
  • Personalization - Laser Engraving 1 extra day
  • Personalization - Full Customization 7-14 days extra
Note: It is important you get in contact with us quickly after purchasing, so we can begin the process of making your design.
Delivery timer for customized orders will first start when we have received your logo/design in the right format.

    Warranty

    The GameBoks is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by GameBoks ApS. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new GameBoks directly from GameBoks ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any GameBoks bought by official retailers have their own warranty issued by this external retailer.

    Returns and Cancellation

    We currently offer free returns for full refunds within 30 days of your GameBoks' has been delivered to you. Sadly, the delivery costs are not refundable.
